易碎穿甲弹破碎机理分析

【摘要】 从一维应力波的角度对易碎弹的破碎机理进行了推导,分析了易碎弹在侵彻薄钢板时,弹体内部应力波的传播过程,证明了脱离靶板瞬间产生的拉伸波导致易碎弹破碎。应用SPH算法,在AUTODYN求解器下模拟易碎弹侵彻钢板的过程,模拟结果与理论推导值相符。

【Abstract】 The breaking mechanism of fragile projectile was derived from the angle of one dimensional stress wave,and the propagation process of the stress wave inside the projectile was analyzed when the fragile projectile penetrates the thin steel plate,which proves that the breakage of the fragile projectile is caused by the tensile wave generated from the moment of the target plate. The SPH algorithm was applied to simulate the process of steel plate penetration by fragile projectile under AUTODYN solver. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical derivation.
