PPTA浆粕的正交实验优化与耐热性能研究
Study on the Preparation of PPTA Pulp and Heat-Resistant Properties
【摘要】 针对优化PPTA浆粕制备工艺及提高其热性能,提出了PPTA浆粕的正交优化实验与耐热性能研究。通过在简单溶剂体系N-甲基吡啶烷酮—氯化钙(NMP-CaCl2)中,采用低温溶液直接缩聚法对制备PPTA浆粕的工艺条件进行正交优化,用TG及DSC表征了PPTA浆粕的耐高温性能,结果表明对苯二胺(PPDA)和对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)的摩尔配比为1,初始反应温度为-15℃,熟化温度为60℃,熟化时间为5 h为最佳制备工艺参数,分解温度可达540℃。这为制备高温材料提供了重要参考值。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the optimization of PPTA pulp preparation process and the improvement of thermal properties,the orthogonal experimental optimization and heat-resistant properties of PPTA pulp were proposed. PPTA pulp was preparated by direct polycondensation at the low temperature in NMP-CaCl2 system. And it has been optimized by the orthogonal experiment. The result shows that the optimal parameters were the molar ratio of two monomers of 1,the initial reactor temperature -15 ℃,the curing temperature of 60 ℃,the curing time of 5 h. Through the TG and DSC test,get it high temperature performance shows thermal decomposition temperature up to 540 ℃. This provides an important reference values for high temperature resistant material preparation.
