转抗虫基因杨树林节肢动物群落与多样性变化研究

【摘要】 为评价转抗虫基因杨树的生态安全性,以转抗虫基因107杨(BtCry1Ac基因和API基因)和常规欧美107杨节肢动物群落为研究对象,在河北省唐山滦南国有林场进行野外调查,运用统计生态学方法,研究转抗虫基因107杨节肢动物群落的多样性和稳定性。研究结果表明:转抗虫基因107杨节肢动物群落的物种数与对照杨基本一致,节肢动物的个体总数明显低于对照杨;转抗虫基因107杨节肢动物群落的多样性指数、均匀度指数均高于对照杨,优势度指数均低于对照杨;转抗虫基因107杨试验林中节肢动物群落结构稳定性相对较强。可见转抗虫基因107杨在抑制靶标害虫的同时,对节肢动物群落组成无不利影响,转抗虫基因107杨有较高的生物安全性。

【Abstract】 In order to provide the scientific foundations support of ecological security evaluation of transgenic insect-resistant poplar,we investigated on arthropod community of transgenic insect-resistant poplar 107(BtCry1 Ac and API)and Europe and America 107 poplar at Luannan national forest farm in Tangshan city of Hebei province.The methods of ecology community were applied to analyze the diversity and the stability of arthropod community in transgenic insect-resistant poplar 107.The main results were as follows:Compared with the control poplar,there was no significant difference in the species number of arthropod community in transgenic insect-resistant poplar 107.The number of insect in transgenic insect-resistant poplar 107 was significantly lower than that of control poplar.The diversity index and evenness index of arthropod community of transgenic insect resistance 107 poplar were higher than that of control poplar,and the dominance index was lower than that of control poplar.Compared with the control poplar,the arthropod community structure of insect-resistant poplar 107 was stable.The results suggested that transgenic insect-resistance poplar 107 had con-trol efficiency on target pests,but had not negative effect on arthropod community.The transgenic insect-resistance poplar 107 had a higher biological safety.
