水肥耦合对基质栽培辣椒产量及品质的影响

【摘要】 针对目前设施基质栽培辣椒灌水施肥不合理造成的水资源浪费,肥料成本浪费,辣椒品质下降等问题。用基质槽栽培方法,研究控水控肥对辣椒产量、品质和养分吸收的影响。结果表明:W2F1处理下的辣椒产量显著高于其他各水肥耦合处理;控水控肥可有效降低辣椒硝酸盐含量;W2F1处理下的可溶性糖含量最高,高出其他各水肥耦合处理14.5%~33.2%;控水控肥可在不影响辣椒Vc的前提下节约成本;综合考虑辣椒N、P、K养分含量可以得出W2F1处理可促进植株和果实对N、P、K养分的吸收。因此在基质栽培条件下,控水控肥可获得辣椒的优质高产。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the issues of water waste,fertilizer cost waste,pepper quality decline caused by the unreasonable irrigation and fertilization about substrate cultivation pepper in facility.Using the method of matrix slot cultivation,the effect of water control and fertilizer control on pepper yield,quality,nutrient absorption on was studied.Results showed:the pepper yield was significantly higher than other water fertilizer coupling treatments under the W2F1 treatment;the control of water and fertilizer can effectively reduce the content of nitrate;the pepper soluble sugar content was the highest under the W2F1 treatment,14.5%~33.2% higher than other water fertilizer coupling treatments;water and fertilizer control can save the cost under the premise of not affecting the pepper Vc;considering pepper N、P、K nutrient content can reach W2F1 treatment can promote the absorption of N,P,K nutrients in plants and fruits.Our result indicated that under the substrate cultivation condition,controlled water and fertilizer can obtain high quality and high yield of pepper.
