平底推力球轴承实体保持架加工工艺优化
Optimization of Processing Technology for Solid Cages of Flat Bottom Thrust Ball Bearings
【摘要】 针对平底推力球轴承实体保持架装配时兜孔锁口易出现掉球的问题,分析原保持架加工方法存在的不足,通过优化工艺流程,设计专用夹具,选用合适的刀具和加工参数,解决了实体保持架兜孔锁口加工问题,并通过实践验证了优化后工艺的可行性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 The balls are easier to drop from pocket counterbore during assembly of solid cages of flat bottom thrust ball bearings. The disadvantages of original processing method for cages are analyzed. The processing problem for pocket counterbore of solid cage is solved by optimizing process flow,designing special fixtures and selecting appropriate cutters and processing parameters. The optimized feasibility and reliability of are verified through practice.
