双重血浆分子吸附系统对急性肝功能衰竭患者炎性细胞因子及趋化因子影响研究
Influence of double plasma molecular adsorption system for the inflammatory cytokines and chemokines of patients with acute liver failure
【摘要】 目的探讨双重血浆分子吸附系统对急性肝功能衰竭患者炎性细胞因子及趋化因子的影响。方法选取四川省人民医院急诊重症监护室自2015年5月至2017年10月收治的92例急性肝功能衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,每组各46例患者。A组给予血浆置换治疗,B组给予双重血浆分子吸附系统治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清肝功能指标、促炎因子、抗炎因子及趋化因子水平。结果治疗后,两组患者的血清肝功能指标、促炎因子、抗炎因子及趋化因子水平均得到持续改善,且B组的检测水平均显著低于A组,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双重血浆分子吸附系统在急性肝功能衰竭患者中的应用效果较好,且对患者的炎性细胞因子及趋化因子均有较好的改善作用,在急性肝功能衰竭患者中具有较高的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of double plasma molecular adsorption system for the inflammatory cytokines and chemokines of patients with acute liver failure. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 92 cases of patients with acute liver failure who were admitted in emergency ICU from May 2015 to October 2017. Patients were randomly divided into the Group A and Group B,with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the Group A were treated with plasmapheresis,the others in Group B were treated with double plasma molecular adsorption system. The serum liver function indexes,proinflammatory factors,antiinflammatory factors and chemokines of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The serum liver function indexes,proinflammatory factors,antiinflammatory factors and chemokines of two groups after treatment were continuously improved,and the detection levels of Group B were significantly lower than those of Group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of double plasma molecular adsorption system in the patients with acute liver failure is better,and it has better improvement role for the inflammatory cytokines and chemokines of patients,which has higher application value in the patients with acute liver failure.
