【Abstract】 Improving the professional quality of students and cultivating applied talents are inevitable choices in the process of transformation and development of applied undergraduate colleges. The mechanism, law and characteristics of female college students’ professional quality training have their own uniqueness. Therefore, we should build three platforms, namely, campus cultural activity platform, school-enterprise interactive platform, and career guidance platform and create three major systems, namely, practical ability training system, "double mentors" guidance evaluation system, and vocational guidance full-service service system so as to compensate for the female college students’ deficiencies in practice ability, information acquisition ability, professional awareness and other aspects, thus achieving the purpose of improving their professionalism.更多还原
