常熟昆承湖畔农田土壤动物与土壤酶活性季节特征研究

【摘要】 2011年3月至2012年7月对江苏省常熟市昆承湖周边菜地土壤动物种群、数量及土壤酶活性进行了研究.共采集土壤动物样本718个,隶属于3门4纲15类群.不同季节的土壤动物捕获数量不同,群落组成也有所差别.春季弹尾目和蜱螨目为优势类群;夏季弹尾目和多足纲为优势类群;秋季弹尾目和蜱螨目、膜翅目、线虫纲为优势类群;冬季蜱螨目和弹尾目为优势类群.全年合计优势类群为弹尾目和蜱螨目.同时测定土壤酶活性,脲酶采用奈氏比色法,蛋白酶采用酪素比色法,脱氢酶采用TTC比色法,转化酶采用还原糖测定法,过氧化氢酶采用容量法,多酚氧化酶采用碘量滴定法.土壤酶活性具有明显的季节特征,过氧化氢酶活性夏季达到最高值;多酚氧化酶活性冬季达到最高值;转化酶活性秋季达到最高值;脲酶活性秋季达到最高值;脱氢酶活性夏季达到最高值;蛋白酶活性春季是全年的最高值.土壤动物与土壤酶活性季节变化的关系研究表明,脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶与土壤动物总数和蜱螨类的关系程度高;转化酶和脱氢酶与弹尾类关系程度最高.

【Abstract】 From March 2011 to July 2012, the soil animal population, quantity and soil enzyme activities of vegetable fields around Kuncheng Lake in Changshu city, Jiangsu province were studied. 718 soil animal samples were collected, belonging to 3 phyla, 4 classes and 15 groups. The number of soil animals was different in different seasons, and the community composition was also different. Collembola and Acarina were dominant groups in the spring. In the summer, the dominant groups were Collembola and Myriapoda. In the autumn, Collembola, Acarina, Hymenoptera and Nematoda were dominant groups. Acarina and Collembola were dominant groups in the winter. The dominant groups in the whole year were Collembola and Acarina. At the same time, soil enzyme activity was measured, soil urease was determined by Nessler’s colorimetric method, protease was determined by the casein colorimetric method, dehydrogenase was determined by TTC colorimetry, reductase was determined by reducing sugar, the activity of soil catalase was measured by volumetric method, and the activity of soil polyphenol oxidase was titrated by iodometric titration. The activity of soil enzyme had obvious seasonal characteristics, the activity of catalase reached the highest value in the summer, the activity of polyphenol oxidase reached the highest value in the winter, the activity of invertase reached the highest value in the autumn, the activity of urease reached the highest value in the autumn, the activity of dehydrogenase reached the highest value in the summer, and the activity of protease was the highest in the spring. The relationship between soil animals and soil enzyme activity seasonal changes showed that dehydrogenase and catalase had a high relationship with total soil animals and acari and the relationship between invertase and dehydrogenase and enzyme caudate was the highest.
