【摘要】 以重点地区城市设计为对象,回顾美国城市设计的演变历程与实践特征,梳理中国城市设计的两个不同发展路径。通过城市设计案例的比较,分析了控制性详细规划和城市设计的异同,最后从法定地位、实施规则和队伍建设三个方面对城市设计实施落地问题提出了建议。旨在理清城乡规划学和城市设计学科的"分层"关系,避免在设计环节上重复或重叠造成的浪费,促进中国城市设计学科健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the evolution and practice of urban design in the United States with the focus on urban design projects in key area, and summarizes two different development paths in China. By comparing specific urban design projects, the paper analyzes similarities and differences between regulatory planning and urban design. Finally, it puts forward suggestions for urban design implementation in terms of statutory status, implementation rules and professional development. The paper intends to clarify the layered relationship of urban planning and urban design, and avoid waste due to duplicate and overlapping design processes, thereby enhancing the healthy development of the urban design discipline in China.更多还原
