【摘要】 针对城市住房用地进行供给侧的分析,提出城市住房用地的供给结构优化调整对策。运用比较分析法得出:(1)结构性短缺日益突出;(2)供给与需求总量性失衡;(3)不同地域供给结构特点不同。进而提出建议:(1)分类调控中应确保普通商品住房的用地,提高保障性住房用地,控制高档商品住房用地;(2)一二线和三四线城市的住房用地趋势不同,对住房土地供应结构分类调整,应根据供需情况因城施策;(3)东中西部和东北地区的发展水平不同,应分区域优化调控,加快供地结构改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to study the supply side of urban housing land, and to explore the optimization measures of supply structure of urban housing land. Methods of comparative analysis are employed. The results are as follows:(1) structural shortage is becoming increasingly prominent;(2) total supply and demand imbalance;(3) different regional supply structure characteristics are different. In conclusion,(1) classified control should ensure the land supply of ordinary commodity housing, improve the affordable housing land and control the high-grade commercial housing land;(2) classification of the adjustment of housing land supply structure should be based on the supply and demand applied by the different city;(3) the Eastern, central and Western Regions and Northeast China should be optimized according to the rational development level.更多还原
