【摘要】 基于中国知网数据库,运用CiteSpace对高校图书馆人力资源管理研究论文的发文量、来源、h指数、作者、研究热点等情况进行统计和分析,得出该领域研究的述评:高校图书馆特别关注管理和考核的研究,但总体研究处于相对较弱的水平,没有形成具有足够影响力的核心作者群,去引领本领域研究的深入和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a statistic and analysis using CiteSpace through the CNKI data,for the research papers of library human resources management in colleges and universities,about total articles in publication list,source,h index,the author and research focus,and concludes that they pay special attention to the study of management and evaluation,but the overall level of research is relatively weak,and there are not influential core authors to lead the deep and further development of the research in this field.更多还原
