【Abstract】 The cross-border e-commerce in Chongqing FTA has played an important role in promoting the construction of inland international logistics center, inland service trade center and inland functional financial center in Chongqing. The Porter Diamond Model was used to analyze cross-border e-commerce in Chongqing Free Trade Zone. From the six aspects of production factors, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, competitors, development opportunities and the role of the government, a model was constructed to analyze the various influencing factors, and the current situation and comparative advantages of cross-border e-commerce in Chongqing Free Trade Zone were studied.
