【摘要】 伴随老年人口比例的逐年增长,我国已逐渐步入老龄化社会,相应的社会问题也愈发突出。构建社区居家养老服务体系,应对老龄化社会危机已成为社会各界普遍关注的热点。然而,当前我国社区居家养老服务体系建设还处于起步阶段,政府资金投入不足、工作人员专业能力不足、服务覆盖面较窄等问题均制约着服务体系的发展。形成这种局面的原因是多样的,如老年人还未形成花钱养老的意识、我国老龄化问题严重等。为解决上述问题,需把握住基本原则,从执行程序入手,加大社会性资金投入、实现多层次的服务体系、培养专业化的服务人员,从而使老年人得到全方位的养老服务。更多还原
