装配式建筑造价信息不对称解决方法浅析
Analysis on Solutions to Information Asymmetry in Precast Construction Cost
【摘要】 装配式建筑工程造价信息不对称,既会影响交易效率和增加交易成本,同时还会造成工程项目建设参与人决策困难。该文通过分析,尝试利用工程造价指标作为解决装配式建筑造价信息不对称的一种技术方法和手段。
【Abstract】 Information asymmetry of precast construction cost abates trade efficiency and increases transaction costs,causing difficulties in decision-making for the project participants. This paper tries to use cost index as a technical means to solve this problem.
