【Abstract】 The issues of wall damping and mildewing to the ground floor of the commercial and residential buildings on the garage roof occur frequently,seriously affecting the normal use of residents and thus reducing the quality of life. The government departments often receive quality complaints. In this paper, the cause identification and analysis process of the extensive wall damping to the ground floor of Building 13-17 in a commercial residence in Chongqing are introduced, and the violations and defects in the design and construction are briefly reviewed for reference.更多还原
