【Abstract】 The novel The Map of Love is an outstanding creation on national historical writing by Ahdaf Soueif,an Egyptian immigrant woman writer. The novel not only demonstrates the exploration of the national history,but also expresses Soueif’s views on the integration of eastern and western cultures. Arab-Muslim woman’s identity is one of the themes in the novel. From the perspective of post-colonial criticism,through the analysis of the writing back of imperial history and the theme of Muslin women’s image in the novel,Soueif’s thoughts on national problem and Muslin women’s identity are deeply investigated. It is believed that this novel expresses the author’s consciousness on cultural fusion.更多还原
