无机自补偿压浆材料处治板底脱空有效性评定
Effectiveness Evaluation for the Inorganic Self-compensation Mud-grouting Materials Treating Voids beneath Cement Pavement Slabs
【摘要】 本文首先通过力学计算分析压浆材料类型与板底脱空处治有效性之间的量化关系,确定基于压浆材料浆体模量的板底脱空压浆处治有效面积,然后引入自膨胀补偿收缩理论对压浆材料进行改良,推荐无机自补偿压浆材料适宜配合比为水泥∶粉煤灰∶膨胀剂=1∶0.53∶0.17~0.2,水灰比为0.45~0.47,最后以某高速路试验段为依托工程,实际验证推荐的无机自补偿压浆材料处治旧水泥路面板底脱空的有效性。试验段弯沉检测评定与钻芯核查验证结果表明,推荐的无机自补偿压浆材料处治水泥路面板底脱空效果良好。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the common mud-grouting materials treating voids beneath cement pavement slabs will cause new voids again, the quantitative relationship between the type of mud-grouting materials and the effectiveness of treating voids was analyzed by mechanical calculation, then the effective area of mud-grouting materials treating voids was determined based on the modulus of mud-grouting materials. The mud-grouting materials were improved by using the shrinkage-compensating principle, and then the suitable mix proportion of inorganic mud-grouting materials is recommended as: Cement∶Fly ash∶ Expansive Agent=1∶0.53∶0.17~0.2, water cement ratio=0.45~0.47. Based on the test road as backing project, the effectiveness of treating voids beneath cement pavement slabs by the inorganic self-compensation mud-grouting materials was verified, and the evaluation results of deflection detected and core-drilling checked indicated that the treating effect of the recommended inorganic mud-grouting materials is good.
