紫外光辐照对注射成型聚碳酸酯制品光学性能和拉伸性能的影响
Effect of Ultraviolet Irradiation on Optical and Tensile Properties of Injection Molding Polycarbonate Products
【摘要】 本文研究了紫外光辐照对注射成型聚碳酸酯制品的光学性能和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,紫外老化240h后,制品表面发生了光-弗里斯重排和光氧化反应,生成了有色基团,制品颜色变黄,紫外吸光率增加;拉伸强度和韧性降低。热氧老化对照实验表明,在60℃下,紫外光辐照对注射成型聚碳酸酯制品性能降低起主要作用。
【Abstract】 Effect of ultraviolet irradiation(UV-irradiation)on the optical and tensile properties of injection molded polycarbonate products were investigated by conventional techniques.The results show that color groups are formed by photo-Fries rearrangement reaction and photo-oxidation reaction during UV aging.After 240 hUV aging,the color of the samples are yellow,the ultraviolet absorption rate increase,and the tensile strength and toughness decrease.Thermo-oxidative aging controlled experiment shows that UVirradiation plays a main role in decreasing the performance of the injection molded polycarbonate product when the temperature is below 60℃.
