熔盐法合成Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2@C钠离子电池正极材料及其电化学性能
Molten-salt Growth Synthesis and the Electrochemical Property of Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2@C Cathode Materials for Sodium-ion Batteries
【摘要】 本文采用熔盐法合成了三维碳网负载二元氧化物Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2复合材料(NNM@C)用作钠离子电池正极材料。对材料的结构、形貌及成分进行了分析。对组装的钠离子电池进行了恒流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗测试,并与Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2纯相(NNM)进行了对比。结果表明,NNM@C和NNM以0.2C倍率在23.9V电压范围内充放电,放电比容量分别为93.18mA·h·g-1和94.85mA·h·g-1;在100次循环后,NNM@C容量保持率高达87%,比未进行碳负载的纯相二元氧化物Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2(49%)电化学性能有明显提高。
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional network carbon wrapped binary oxide Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2(NNM)composite materials(NNM @C)were prepared by molten-salt growth method as cathode materials for sodium ion batteries.The morphological features and crystal structures of the synthesized materials were at first normally characterizedIn order to compare the electrochemical performance of NNM@C with NNM,assembled sodium ion batteries were tested in which some electrochemical apparatus were used The results show that the discharge specific capacities of NNM@C and NNM were as high as 93.18 mA·h·g-1 and 94.85 mA·h·g-1,respectively,at 0.2 Cin electrochemical window of 2-3.9 V,and that the capacity retention of NNM@C(87%)is much higher than that of NNM(49%).Compared with the unwrapped NNM,an obvious improvement in electrochemical performance in the carbon-wrapped NNM was found.
