一种含Ru镍基单晶高温合金的高温氧化行为
High Temperature Oxidation Behavior of a Ru-containing Ni-based Single-crystal Superalloy
【摘要】 采用恒温氧化的实验方法,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)等分析了一种新型含Ru的镍基单晶高温合金在1 100℃和1 140℃的高温氧化行为。研究结果表明,合金在氧化初期质量迅速增加,但随着氧化时间的延长,氧化膜质量增加速率变得缓慢,由于氧化过程中会发生氧化膜脱落,使得氧化增重曲线略微偏离抛物线规律。氧化膜大致分三层:外层由Cr2O3和NiO组成,中间层为Cr2O3,内层为Al2O3。
【Abstract】 The high temperature oxidation behavior of a new Ru-containing nickel-based single-crystal superalloy at 1 100 ℃and 1 140℃ was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that the weight of alloy rapidly increases in the initial stage of oxidation.With the increase of oxidation time,the growth of the oxide film becomes slow.Due to the oxide film deterioration during the oxidation process,the oxidation weight gain curve slightly deviates from the parabolic law oxidation.The oxide film is roughly divided into three layers:the outer layer is composed of Cr2O3 and NiO,the middle layer is Cr2O3,the inner layer is Al2O3.
