钢铁基体上KH792改性TEOS聚硅氧薄膜的制备及其耐蚀性能

【摘要】 为了研究KH792的加入对聚硅氧转化膜耐蚀性能的影响,对比不同水解条件下聚硅氧转化膜的性能。采用溶胶-凝胶法,以N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH792)改性正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解聚合物,在Q235钢片上制备有机无机复合薄膜,并通过点滴试验、接触角、塔菲尔曲线和红外光谱进行分析。结果显示:KH792加入后与正硅酸乙酯共同水解、共聚成膜,提高了复合膜层的耐蚀性,降低了膜层的脆性与表面能。水醇比是影响单体水解及膜层耐蚀性的主要因素,在水醇比为1∶1,正硅酸乙酯和KH792体积比为5.0∶1.0,正硅酸乙酯和KH792混合溶液占总溶液体积分数7.80%时,聚硅氧转化膜耐蚀性能最好,腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀电位分别为1.042μA/cm2,-0.559 V。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of the addition of KH792 on the corrosion resistance of polysiloxane conversion film,the performance of polysiloxane conversion film on the steel sheet under different hydrolysis conditions was compared. A kind of inorganic and organic compound film was prepared by using sol-gel method to modify the hydrolyzed polymer of teosilicate( TEOS) by N-β-( aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane( KH792). The conversion film was analyzed through copper sulfate drop test,contact angle measurement,tafel curve measurement and infrared spectroscopy. Results showed that the addition of KH792 decreased the brittleness and surface energy of the film layer,and improved the corrosion resistance of the composite film layer. The ratio of water and alcohol was the main factor to influence monomer hydrolysis and corrosion resistance. When the ratio of alcohol and water was 1 ∶ 1,and the ratio of ethyl silicate and KH792 was 5.0 ∶ 1.0,as well as the ethyl silicate and KH792 was 7.80% of the water alcohol solution,the corrosion resistance of silane film was the best,and the corrosion current and corrosion potential were 1.042 μA/cm2 and-0.559 V,respectively.
