碳材料耐高温抗氧化涂层的研究进展

【摘要】 碳材料作为具有优良高温力学性能的结构材料,在冶金工业、航空航天和军事等高温应用领域获得广泛应用,但碳材料在高温氧化气氛中的易氧化性是其使用受限的主要原因。目前在碳材料表面涂覆耐高温抗氧化涂层是解决其高温氧化防护问题的重要办法。主要介绍了碳材料在各应用领域涉及的高温抗氧化涂层技术,并就近年高温抗氧化涂层技术的主要成就和发展方向展开了综述。

【Abstract】 Carbon materials are widely used in the metallurgical industry,aerospace and military and other high temperature application fields as structural materials for their excellent high temperature mechanical properties. However,the properties are limited for the easy oxidation of the carbon substances when servicing in a high temperature oxidation atmosphere. Forming an oxidation resistant coating for the carbon material is the key solution to the high temperature application at present. This paper mainly introduced the application fields of high temperature oxidation resistance technology for carbon materials. Besides,the main achievements and the development directions of the high temperature oxidation resistant coatings technology in recent years were also reviewed.
