【摘要】 促进农村残疾人群体脱贫解困和改善生计直接关系到我国能否实现全面建成小康社会这一宏伟目标。基于广东省的数据并结合生计资本理论和精准扶贫政策视角的研究发现:金融和物质资本对农村残疾人家庭增收和参与劳动力市场具有显著的积极意义;加强对农村残疾人的社会支持十分必要;从教育和职业培训入手提高农村残疾人文化水平与职业能力也是有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the rural disabled population to get out of poverty and improve their livelihood is directly related to whether this country can achieve the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Based on the data of Guangdong Province and combined with livelihood capital theory and Targeted Poverty Alleviation policy research, it is found that financial and material capitals have significantly positive significance for rural disabled families’ income increase and participation in the labor market; therefore, it is necessary to strengthen social support for rural disabled people; education and vocational training are also effective ways to improve the cultural level and vocational ability of rural disabled people.更多还原
