【Abstract】 The implementation of the strategy for the rise of Central China has achieved significant results.There are five major problems that hinder the rapid growth of central China in the new period: the weak agricultural foundation; overcapacity and resource depletion are more serious; the process of urbanization is lagging; future high-quality development and accelerating development have sharp contradictions with the major ecological functions and environmental protection requirements in the central region; a significant constraint on the realization of a comprehensive well-to-do society. Accelerate the Rise of Central China in the New Period: We must innovate the agricultural management system, increase the overall grain production capacity in the central region, and compare the benefits; promote supply-side structural reform and industrial transformation and upgrading, and foster new advantages in manufacturing in the central region; strive to become the main force in the"One Belt and One Road"and to create a new pattern of opening up in the middle east and the west; to innovate the cost-sharing mechanism for urbanization of migrant workers; to speed up the process of new urbanization in central China; to tap the investment potential and consumption potential in the central region; and to accelerate the development of new service industries; and to accelerate the development of the central ecosystem reform through ecological red line and Yangtze River water ecological management and control.更多还原
