【摘要】 目的:了解安徽省全科住院医师规范化培训相关情况,分析规范化培训实施过程中存在的问题,提出对策。方法:问卷调查及访谈。结果:存在基地医院基础条件和教学资源分布不均衡、基地医院全科医学师资缺乏、全科规培制度和培训内容有待规范和全科规培医生稳定性较差等问题。结论:强化政策落地,加强规培基地建设;重视全科师资培养,保证规培质量;健全制度建设,合理调整培训内容;加快全科医生队伍建设,采取有效激励措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relevant situation of standardized training for general practitioner in Anhui Province.Analyze the problems existing in the implementation of standardized training and forward countermeasures.Method:Questionnaires and interviews.Result:In basic hospitals,there are some problems such as imbalance distribution of basic conditions and teaching resources,lack of general medical teachers,poor stability of general discipline training system and training contents.Conclusion:Strengthening the implementation of the policy and construction of the training base,emphasizing training of teachers in general education to ensure quality of regulations,improving the system construction and adjusting the training content rationally,the construction of general practitioners and take effective incentives.更多还原
