【摘要】 高程基准是国家测绘基准重要组成部分,是我国地理空间基础框架的主干之一,也是国民经济、社会发展、国家安全等建设的重要基础。本文分析了通过一等水准网建设全面更新和完善我国高程基准的必要性和迫切性,重点从总体设计、普查与补埋、属性测定、整体平差等方面介绍了我国新一期国家高程控制网建设,最后对建设成果应用做了一些展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The height datum is an important part of the national geodetic datum and is one of the main skeletons of china’s geospatial framework. It is also an important foundation for the construction of national economy, social development and national security. This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of updating and perfecting the national height datum in our country through the construction of national first-order leveling network. The emphasis is put on the construction of the new phase of national firstorder leveling network from the aspects of overall design, investigation, embedding of benchmarks. property determination and overall adjustment.
