【摘要】 针对目前智慧城市"多规合一"评价体系缺失的问题,该文结合智慧城市"多规合一"特征维度分析,首次提出一套智慧城市"多规合一"评价体系,并基于全国36个典型城市(县/区)开展实施评价,分析样本城市(县/区)"多规合一"建设现状与目标之间差距,同时校验并修正评价体系。实证结果表明,智慧城市"多规合一"评价体系具有前瞻性、科学性和可操作性,可用于指导已建地区智慧城市"多规合一"工作的完善和优化,以及引领未建地区科学合理开展智慧城市"多规合一"工作,从而全面提升智慧城市"多规合一"建设水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the lack of evaluation system of smart city "multi-plan integration",by analyzing the characteristics of smart cities,this paper put forward a set of evaluation system of smart city "multiplan integration"for the first time and selected 36 typical cities in China to carry out evaluating and implementing,then analyzed the gap between the status and the goal to verify and revise the evaluation system.The evaluation results showed that the evaluation system of smart city "multi-plan integration"could be prospective,scientific and operational.Firstly,it could guide the improvement and optimization of the smart city "multi-plan integration"work in the established areas,and secondly helped the unbuilt areas to scientifically and rationally carry out the"multi-plan integration"work.Finally,it comprehensively improved construction level of the smart city "multi-plan integration".更多还原
