【Abstract】 2018 is the 110 th anniversary of the birth of famous Tea Master Zhuang Wan-fang. The great feats and contributions of Professor Zhuang Wan-Fang to tea science and tea industry were summarized in this paper,based on existing publications and accessible information. It is proposed that Professor Zhuang Wan-Fang is the founder of modern tea science discipline system and outstanding educator of tea science. He is the advocate of a modern Chinese tea culture and tea virtues. He is the pioneer of the study on tea plant taxonomy and origin of tea. He is the pioneer of modern famous tea industry and also a patriotic revolutionist. Professor Zhuang’ s nine-character motto of " The heaven-the earth-the human being,you-me-him( her),yesterday-today-tomorrow" reflects the spirit " nature and humanity". His lofty spirits of patriotism,loving tea and dedicating to work,will always inspire the world’s tea people to forge ahead.更多还原
