茶树杂交新品系‘杭茶15号’的选育

【摘要】 ‘福鼎大白茶’和‘云南大叶种’是我国重要的杂交育种亲本,‘迎霜’和‘翠峰’是‘福鼎大白茶’和‘云南大叶种’的杂交后代(F1代),本研究以‘迎霜’和‘翠峰’人工杂交获得杂交新材料(F2代),经系统选种,选育出高产优质绿茶新品系‘杭茶15号’(原名790209)。品比试验结果表明,‘杭茶15号’为早生种,春季萌发期与‘迎霜’相当,两年平均产量较‘迎霜’高35. 71%,茶多酚和氨基酸总量高于‘迎霜’,抗寒性和抗旱性强于对照‘迎霜’‘杭茶15号’品质与‘迎霜’相当,适制绿茶,制作的烘青绿茶外形深绿有毫,香气较高,有嫩香。

【Abstract】 ‘Yingshuang ’ and ‘Cuifeng ’ are clonal cultivars screened from hybrids( F1) of‘Fuding Dabaicha’and ‘Yunnan Dayezhong’. The new tea cultivar ‘Hangcha 15’( its initial name being 790209) with high yield and good quality as well as early sprouting traits was bred from the artificial hybrid of ‘Yingshuang ’ and ‘Cuifeng ’,i. e.,F2 progeny of ‘Fuding Dabaicha ’ and‘Yunnan Dayezhong’using systematical breeding method. Field test results showed that the sprouting period of‘Hangcha 15’ was similar to control cultivar‘Yingshuang’,and its average yield was 35. 71% higher than the control. The content of tea polyphenols and amino acid was higher than the control,and its cold hardiness and drought resistance were stronger than control,suggesting that ‘Hangcha 15 ’is good green tea cultivar,with similar characteristics to ‘Yingshuang’.
