航空腐蚀环境多参量集成监测技术研究

【摘要】 针对典型腐蚀环境参数监测需求,提出了基于单片机MSP430的航空腐蚀环境多参量集成监测技术。探索了基于交叉指状电极的湿润时间传感器机理及特性,设计了基于电化学原理的微液膜氯离子浓度传感器封装结构及调制电路。最终构建了具有多参量实时采集、数据存储与通信等功能的航空结构腐蚀环境多参量集成监测系统。实验表明:能够实时获取温度、湿度、湿润时间以及氯离子浓度等多种环境信息,为后续航空结构腐蚀状态监测与评估提供依据。

【Abstract】 Aiming at requirement of monitoring typical corrosion parameters,a research on integrated multiparameter monitoring system for aviation corrosion environment based on MSP430 is proposed. Mechanism and characteristics of a time-of-wetness sensor based on interdigital electrodes are explored. Package structure and modulation circuit of a micro-liquid membrane chloride ion concentration sensor based on electrochemical principle are designed. Based on that,an integrated multi-parameter monitoring system for aviation corrosion environment is built,which has functions of real-time data collection,external data storage,data communication,and so on. It has capable of monitoring environmental factors in real-time,such as temperature,humidity,time-of-wetness,and chloride ion concentration,and consequently provides the basis for monitoring and evaluating the corrosion status of aviation structures.
