高炉原料及布料矩阵对高炉料面形状的影响
Effect of Blast Furnace Raw Material and Burden Distribution Matrix on the Shape of Blast Furnace
【摘要】 首先对入炉焦炭进行了工业分析,通过测定矿石堆密度来确定矿石批重,分析了烧结矿的低温粉化性。在此基础上,通过改变布料矩阵的最大矿焦角来研究其对料面形状的影响。结果表明:入炉焦炭达到二级焦炭的标准,满足冶炼要求;烧结矿RDI+3. 15质量分数为70. 13%,符合国内标准;随着布料矩阵的最大矿焦角逐渐减小,矿石及焦平台逐渐向高炉中心移动,中心漏斗越来越小,边缘坡度越来越大;当最大矿石角度介于36. 5°~38°时,料面形成的漏斗深度大小适中,边缘坡度较为平缓,能够保证高炉的稳定顺行。
【Abstract】 The industrial analysis of coke was carried out,the ore batch weight was determined by the ore bulk density and the low-temperature pulverization of the sinter was also analyzed. Based on the above results,the effect of the burden distribution matrix on the shape of the material surface was studied by changing the maximum ore angle and the maximum coke angle of the burden distribution matrix. The results showed that the coke added in the furnace has reached the standard of secondary coke and met the smelting requirements,and the RDI+ 3. 15 of the sinter was 70. 13%,which was in accordance with domestic standards. As the maximum ore angle and maximum coke angle of theburden distribution matrix decreased,the ore and coke platforms gradually moved towards the center of the blast furnace,and the center funnel was getting smaller,and the slope of the edge was becoming bigger. When the maximum ore angle was between 36. 5° and 38°,the depth of the funnel formed by the material plane was moderate,and the slope of the edge was relatively gentle,which could guarantee the stability of the blast furnace.
