【摘要】 某公司新投产的某品牌手机外壳处于质量改善期,运用SPC方法对手机外壳的不合格品率进行统计分析,以Minitab软件为工具绘制其控制图并作过程能力分析,绘制Pareto图对手机外壳的不良情况作统计分析。以烘烤工序为例,运用因果图对质量问题的产生原因进行了分析,结合工业工程的思想和方法,从人、机、料、法、环等5个方面提出改善措施。运用Minitab软件绘制了改善后的控制图并分析了过程能力。通过对比,进一步降低了手机外壳的不合格品率,生产过程的质量水平得到改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 A mobile phone shell new production of a company was in the quality improvement period,this paper uses SPC method to the mobile phone shell non-conforming product rate statistical analysis,with Minitab software as a tool to draw its control chart and process capacity analysis and draw Pareto chart of the mobile phone shell bad situation for statistical analysis. Take the baking process as example,this paper analyzes the causes of quality problems by using causality diagrams,combines the ideas and methods of industrial engineering,puts forward improvement measures from 5 aspects,such as "Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environment",and uses Minitab software to draw the improved control chart and analyze the process capability. By comparison,the unqualified product rate of mobile phone shell is further reduced,and the quality level of production process is improved.更多还原
