连铸辊修复生产率提高研究与仿真
Research and Simulation on Improving the Productivity of Continuous Casting Rolls
【摘要】 针对某机修公司连铸辊修复生产能力不足的问题,运用工时法及程序分析法对影响连铸辊修复生产效率的因素进行研究,找出瓶颈工序,确定影响生产平衡的人-机系统。针对瓶颈工序,运用"ECRS"原则讨论并合理简化工艺流程,缩短加工周期,采用人-机作业分析方法对效率低的人-机作业系统进行分析优化,以提高瓶颈工序的生产能力。并运用Witness仿真建模对优化后的连铸辊修复生产流程进行效果评价。通过优化,连铸辊月修复数量提高到441,减少参与辊体修复的工人数量3人,提高了各工序的作业效率。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of insufficient production capacity of continuous casting roller in a mechanic company,this paper studies the factors that influence the production efficiency of continuous casting roll by using time-work method and program analysis method and finds out the bottleneck process and determines the human-machine system which affects the production balance. According to the bottleneck process,the "ECRS"principle is used to discuss and reasonably simplify the process flow,shorten the processing period,and use the man-machine operation analysis method to optimize the inefficient man-machine operation system to improve the production capacity of the bottleneck process. It witnesses simulation modeling to evaluate the effect of the optimized continuous casting roll repair production process. Through optimization,the number of continuous casting roll monthly repair increased to 441,reducing 3 people of workers involved in roller repair and improve the operation efficiency of each process.
