“五位一体”教学法在《天然药物化学》课程中的应用——以黄酮类化合物为例

【摘要】 为适应中药现代化、国际化的发展趋势,达到21世纪药学高等教育人才的培养目标,《天然药物化学》课程的教学法也必然发生改革。本文以黄酮类化合物为例,从教材知识文字理解、教师语言文字讲解、微课及慕课强化教学、虚拟仿真软件模拟、梯度实验教学5个教学过程探讨"五位一体"教学法在《天然药物化学》课程中的应用。结果显示:"五位一体"教学法能够使任课教师站在更高层面上设计教与学的内容,有效解决理论知识与实践相脱节的问题,激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生独立思考和科研创新能力。

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the trend of modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine and achieve the training goal of higher education talents in pharmacy in twenty-first Century, the teaching method of Natural Medicine Chemistry course must also be reformed. In this paper, flavonoids was an example, the application of "Five in One" teaching method in teaching of Natural Medicine Chemistry was discussed from five aspects including Textbook knowledge and understanding, Explain from teacher’s language,Micro-class and MOOC class strengthening teaching, Virtual simulation software simulation and Gradient experiment teaching. The results showed that teachers could design teaching and learning content at higher levels and the problem was solved of poor convergence between theoretical knowledge and practical application in teaching course by "Five in One" teaching method. At the same time, Students’ interest in learning were inspired, independent thinking and scientific research innovation ability were trained.
