【Abstract】 In order to effectively respond to the changes of international and domestic situation,China made a significant decision to implement "The Belt and Road Initiative". The Belt and Road Initiative not only promotes the economic development of the countries along the route,but also provides an opportunity for the development of higher education in China. With the development of cultural exchanges among the countries,local colleges and universities in Jilin Province should take full advantage of the opportunity,combine geographical advantages and school-running characteristics of local universities,promote international exchanges of talents of higher education,enhance the school-running level of higher education and cultivate high-leveled international professionals to serve the regional economy and social development.更多还原
