【摘要】 性别刻板印象会阻碍大学生的和谐发展,为大学生尤其是女性大学生的就业预先设置性别壁垒,对他们就业造成的消极影响主要表现为:将男女学生的发展固着定型于各自的性别角色,使学生欠缺从事多种职业所需的人格品质和能力素质;造成职业和学科专业的性别隔离,窄化女性学生的就业面向和择业范围,弱化女性学生的职业竞争力;助长男生的优越感和女生的自卑感,影响他们的职业期望值以及自我塑造的自觉性和主动性。高校应当以培养"和谐发展的人"为目标,吸收全纳教育的理念,将教育引导和心理干预相结合,显性与隐性课程相结合,造就兼具男女两性优秀品质的"和谐发展的人";以"和谐发展的人"的知识、能力和素质逐步改变社会和用人单位的性别刻板印象,为大学生的择业就业开辟更加广阔自由的前景和空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gender stereotype not only restricts and hinders the harmonious development of college students,but also sets up gender barriers for the employment of college students,especially female students. Colleges and universities should take the"harmoniously developed persons " as the training target and"inclusive education" as the education idea,combining education guidance with psychological intervention,explicit curriculum with hidden curriculum,and strive to bring up the"harmoniously developed persons " with excellent qualities of both male and female.
