【摘要】 高校图书馆具备完善的基础设施和丰富的馆藏资源,不仅应具有对本校师生的知识信息服务功能,而且应肩负地方公共文化服务职责,其面向社会开放将起到促进地方文化和教育发展的作用。高校图书馆面向社会开放具备馆藏资源、信息服务以及场馆设施等优势,针对高校图书馆向社会开放过程中存在的社会认识、管理理念、人才队伍以及服务质量等问题,提出高校图书馆向社会提供图书和信息服务的理念、机制、能力等方面具体的推进策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The university library has perfect infrastructure and rich collection resources.It should not only have the function of knowledge and information service for teachers and students,but also shoulder the responsibility of local public cultural service.Its opening to the public will play a role in promoting the development of local culture and education.The current study,analyzes the advantages of academic libraries in book collection,information service,infrastructure foundation,discusses the problems of social cognitive,management ideas,talent team,and quality of service during the public opening of academic libraries.更多还原
