基于ADS-B的非合作飞行目标监视技术的可行性初探

【摘要】 民用航空规模的快速增长和目标多样性的增加,导致通信链路阻塞和监视信号干扰的大量引入,使得民用空域目标监视变得更加困难,尤其是对非合作目标的目标监视问题亟待解决。现有空空监视体制中空中防撞系统(TCAS)和广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)不能实现无人机等非合作目标监视。本项目基于ADS-B方法,以无人机等非合作目标监视为出发点,对无人机监视定位与跟踪的可行性开展研究。本文在自动相关监视体制基础上,初步论证了ADS-B用作雷达的可行性,以得到与现有民用航空监视技术不同的一种ADS-B雷达信号体制。

【Abstract】 The rapid growth of civil aviation scale and the increase of targets diversity leads to communication link congestion as well as the increasing number of monitoring signal interference, which makes it more difficult to surveil civil airspace targets, especially for non-cooperative targets. In the present air-to-air surveillance system, non-cooperative target surveillance for UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle) such as TCAS and ADS-B can not be realized. Based on ADS-B method, the project studies the feasibility of UAV surveillance, positioning and tracking. On the basis of automatically correlated surveillance system, this paper preliminarily demonstrates the feasibility of using ADS-B as radar, in order to obtain an ADS-B radar signal system different from the existing civil aviation surveillance technology.
