水包水型聚丙烯酰胺/蒙脱土乳液的制备及吸附性能研究
Preparation and Adsorption Performance Research of W/W Polyacrlamide/Montmorillonite Nano-composite
【摘要】 用丙烯酰胺单体对钠基蒙脱土进行有机化改性,采用原位插层聚合方式,制备了水包水型聚丙烯酰胺/蒙脱土(WPAMt)乳液。利用XRD、纳米粒度仪和相差显微镜对WPAMt结构进行表征。XRD研究表明,丙烯酰胺单体插入蒙脱土片层中,聚合后形成剥离/插层型复合材料。相差显微镜和粒度仪对结果表明聚合物产物存在明显的相分离结构,且分散相为粒径大小为2mm~6mm的砾状形状颗粒,为典型的水包水乳液。将WPAMt乳液进行分离纯化后用于对酸性黄G染料的吸附性能研究。结果表明,WPAMt对酸性黄G符合Langmuir等温模型和准二级动力学方程。采用Freundlich和D-R模型对吸附数据进行拟合结果表明该吸附过程为优惠吸附,同时存在离子交换和絮凝等化学作用。
【Abstract】 The Na-MMT was intercalated by AM monomers. Then the W/W emulsion type PAM/MMT(WPAMt) nano-composite was prepared through intercalation polymerization in situ method. The structure of WPAMt was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction( XRD),phase contrast microscope and laser particle size analyzer. The results of XRD showed that AM monomers had been successfully intercalated into MMT layers and the exfoliated/intercalated MMT composite could be formed. In the W/W emulsion phase the separation structure was observed obviously by means of the phase contrast microscope and laser particle size analyzer. The particle size distribution of 2 !m to 6 !m was simultaneously measured,which was a typical W/W emulsion. By isolating and purifying the W/W WPAMt emulsion,the WPAMt composite was obtained and applied to study its adsorption performance on acid yellow dye G in simulate wastewater. The results showed that the experimental data conformed to the Langmuir isotherm model and the pseudo-second kinetic equation. Freundlich and D-R adsorption models were applied to discuss the adsorption process respectively. The results showed that the adsorption process was the optimal adsorption and ion-exchange and flocculation and other chemical interaction existed at the same time.
