含多耦合故障的转子系统的响应分析

【摘要】 为研究转子系统在不平衡—平行不对中—碰摩耦合故障作用下的动力学特征,建立了转子—线性支承耦合系统的动力学模型.通过Lagrange方法推导出系统的动力学方程,采用数值仿真的方式分别分析了联轴器不对中与碰摩故障的内在联系,讨论了联轴器不对中程度以及不同的转静间隙等对转子系统动力学特性的影响规律.计算结果表明:相比于单一的不对中故障,不对中—碰摩耦合故障会使转子系统的临界转速增大且所对应的横向位移变小.同时,发现了在临界转速的二分之一处系统的幅频曲线出现跳跃现象.此外,不对中程度的增大和碰摩间隙的降低,都会加剧转子振动,进而影响系统的平稳性.

【Abstract】 In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system under the unbalanced-parallel misalignment-rubbing coupling faults,a dynamic model of the rotor-linear bearing coupled system is established.The dynamic equations of the system are deduced by the Lagrange method,and the intrinsic relations between the misalignment of the coupling and the rubbing faults are analyzed by numerical analysis.The influence of the misalignment of the coupling and the different clearances between stator and rotor on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system is discussed.The calculation results show that compared with a single misalignment fault,the misalignment-rubbing coupling faults increase the critical speed of the rotor system and make the corresponding lateral displacement become smaller.At the same time,it is found that the amplitude-frequency curve of the system jumps at onehalf of the critical speed.In addition,the increase of the degree of misalignment and the reduction of the rubbing gap can aggravate the rotor vibration and thus affect the stability of the system.
