【摘要】 性别刻板印象影响大学生的就业能力、就业心态和就业环境。当今高校忽视性别差异的人才培养模式会不断再生产甚至加剧社会的性别刻板印象。要消除性别刻板印象对大学生就业的消极影响,高校在进一步深化专业教学改革的同时,还必须赋予人才培养模式以性别维度,解构性别刻板印象束缚下的人才观和教育观,构建既尊重性别差异又避免性别刻板的人才培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gender stereotypes affect college students’ employability,employment mentality and employment environment. In today’s colleges and universities,the mode of talent training that ignores gender differences will continue to reproduce and even exacerbate social gender stereotypes. In order to eliminate the negative impact of gender stereotype on the employment of college students,while further deepening the reform of professional teaching,colleges and universities must also give talent training mode with gender dimension,deconstruct the concept of talent and education under the constraints of gender stereotype,and build a talent training model that respects gender differences and avoids gender stereotypes.更多还原
