充放电倍率对电池一致性衰减影响的研究与对策

【摘要】 应用和实验数据表明,充放电倍率对于蓄电池性能衰减速度影响很大,即充放电倍率越大,电池性能衰减速度越快,而且当电池的充放电倍率差异过大时,将加剧电池组的一致性衰减。通过分析充放电倍率对电池性能衰减的影响,提出通过调节电流,降低小容量电池充放电倍率,提高大容量电池充放电倍率,实现等倍率充放电来降低小容量电池衰减速度的思想,并借助高效转移式电池均衡器自动调节不同容量电池的充放电倍率。实验证明,等倍率充放电是控制电池衰减,提高容量利用率,确保电池组运行安全的有效手段。

【Abstract】 The application and experimental data show that the charge/discharge rates have great influences on the decaying speed of the performances of battery. The greater the charge/discharge rate, the faster the decaying speed of the battery. When the charge/discharge rate of the battery is too large, the decay of consistency of the battery pack will be aggravated. In this paper, by analyzing the influences of charge/discharge rates on the decay of the consistency of batteries, an idea is put forward that the decay of the consistency of small capacity batteries is reduced by adjusting current to decrease the charge/discharge rate of small capacity batteries and increase the charge/discharge rate of large capacity batteries, and then realizing equal multiple rate charging and discharging. With high efficiency transfer battery equalizer, the charge and discharge rate of batteries with different capacities can be automatically adjusted. It is verified by experiments that equal rate charge/discharge is an effective way to control battery decay, improve capacity utilization and ensure battery operation safety.
