双向同步整流技术在转移式实时电池均衡器中的研究与应用
Research and application of bidirectional synchronous rectification technology in transfer real-time battery equalizer
【摘要】 针对传统电池均衡器普遍存在均衡电流和均衡效率偏低的问题,设计开发了一种采用特殊双向同步整流技术的实时电池均衡器。不仅均衡电流和均衡效率大幅度提升,而且由于不需要同步整流专用芯片和同步整流专用MOS场效应管,设备成本非常低。最大均衡电流达到十几安培,特别适合大容量、大功率动力、储能(包括阶梯利用)电池组,对于控制衰减电池的过充电和过放电问题,特别是防控热失控故障效果显著。
【Abstract】 In this paper, aiming at the common problems of the balance current and the low balancing efficiency of the traditional battery equalizer, a real-time battery equalizer using special bidirectional synchronous rectification technology is designed and developed. The equilibrium current and equilibrium efficiency are greatly improved, and the equipment cost is very low because special MOS field effect transistors and dedicated chip for synchronous rectification are not required for the battery equalizer. It is especially suitable for large capacity, high power and energy storage(including staircase utilization) battery because the maximum equilibrium current can reach more than ten amperes. It can be used to effectively control the excessive discharging and charging of the weak cells, especially the thermal runaway fault.
