基于碳纤维电热法的公路桥梁融冰研究

【摘要】 为了研究公路桥面融冰问题,通过分析桥面融冰热力学原理,建立桥面电热法融冰的传热有限元分析模型,得到了桥面温度场分布。通过现场埋设碳纤维发热线和温度传感器,对实桥进行桥面温升试验,分析了实桥温升规律。在冰雪气候环境条件下,进行实桥融冰雪试验。研究结果表明,碳纤维线缆电热法进行桥面融冰,桥面局部最高温度不超过45℃,桥面温度变化均匀连续,通电3.5小时,桥面上面层最低温度大于零度,通电4.2小时后,桥面结构温度场分布趋于稳定,上面层温度达到2.5℃。

【Abstract】 In order to study the problem of melting ice in highway bridge deck,through the analysis of bridge deck melting thermodynamics principle,build the deck electrothermal method,finite element analysis model of heat transfer in the melting ice,bridge deck temperature field distribution are obtained.Through the embedded carbon fiber hair hotline and temperature sensor,a real bridge on bridge deck temperature rise test,analyzes the law of the temperature rise of the real bridge.Under the condition of ice climate environment,solid bridge melting snow and ice experiment was carried out.The research results show that the carbon fiber cable electrothermal method for bridge deck melting ice,bridge deck local maximum temperature not to exceed 45℃,temperature change uniform continuous bridge and electricity 3.5 hours,the bridge deck above the lowest temperature is greater than zero, electricity after 4.2 hours, bridge deck structure temperature field distribution tends to be stable,the above layer temperature of 2.5℃.
