船舶起重机状态测量与吊重摆动控制
Working State Measurement and Cargo Swing Control of Marine Crane
【摘要】 针对船舶液压起重机工作时吊重产生摆动的问题,提出基于起重机操纵比例伺服阀的吊重摆动控制方法,完成起重机工作状态测量传感器以及基于时间延迟反馈控制策略的吊重摆动控制器的设计。试验结果表明:通过在起重机操纵比例伺服阀上叠加时间延迟反馈控制器信号,可以使吊重的摆动快速衰减到0.5°以内。
【Abstract】 For the cargo swing caused by the operation of the marine hydraulic crane, the methods based on the operating servo proportional valve are proposed to control the cargo swing. The sensors are designed and completed for measuring the working states of the crane. The cargo swing controllers based on the time delay feedback strategies are completed. The experimental results show that the cargo swing can be suppressed quickly to less than 0.5 degrees and effectively through adding the time delay feedback controller’s signal to the operating servo proportional valve.
