【Abstract】 The traditional services of public libraries can not satisfy the demands from readers and the development of the society, with the continued acceleration of informatization and the advent of the massive data and mobile Internet era. Besides, the "Internet Plus", "O2O", "Cloud Computing", and "Weibo" are widely influencing individuals from all aspects of daily life. Therefore, there is abundant in challenges for library traditional services.
