【摘要】 目的分析不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者NF-κB、TNF-α、IL^-1及IL-6的表达水平,研究采用丹红注射液联合氯吡格雷干预后的临床应用价值。方法将342例UAP患者随机分为对照组（n=172）和观察组（n=170）。对照组行基础治疗与氯吡格雷治疗,观察组行基础治疗与丹红注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗。观察两组患者疗效及各临床指标,并采用统计学软件进行数据处理、分析。结果观察组总有效率（96.2%）明显高于对照组（85.0%）,两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后血脂水平明显改善,TNF-α、IL^-1及IL-6水平与NF-κB活性显著降低;观察组降低更为明显,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对于UAP患者应用丹红注射液联合氯吡格雷干预后显著改善患者血脂、降低TNF-α、IL^-1及IL-6水平与下调NF-κB活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the expression level of NF-κB,TNF-α,IL^-1 and IL-6 in patients with unstable angina pectoris（ UAP）,and to study the clinical application value of Danhong injection combined with clopidogrel. Methods 342 patients with UAP were randomly divided into control group（ n = 172） and observation group（ n = 170）. The control group received basic treatment and clopidogrel treatment,and the observation group received basic treatment and Danhong injection combined with clopidogrel treatment.The efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were observed,and data were processed and analyzed by statistical software. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（ 96. 2%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 85%）,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. After treatment,the level of blood lipid was obviously improved in the two groups. The level of TNF-alpha,IL^-1 and IL-6 and the activity of NF-κB decreased significantly,and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion UAP application of Danhong injection combined with clopidogrel could significantly improve blood lipid,reduce TNF-α,IL^-1 and IL-6 levels and down regulate NF-κB activity.更多还原
