【摘要】 目的探讨过敏性哮喘患儿吸入过敏原筛查(phadiatop)试验和痰培养检测的临床价值。方法收集55例过敏性哮喘患儿和32例正常儿童进行吸入过敏原筛查试验以及痰拭子细菌培养。结果过敏性哮喘患儿组过敏原筛查试验阳性率远高于正常儿童组(P<0.05),患儿组的痰液培养结核分枝杆菌、放线菌、奴卡菌、嗜肺团菌、流感嗜血杆菌、念珠菌等细菌阳性率高于正常儿童组(P<0.05)。结论吸入过敏原筛查试验结合痰液细菌培养检测结果,对哮喘诊断、病情判断和指导临床治疗具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of phadiatop test and sputum culture test in children with allergic asthma.Methods Fifty-five children with allergic asthma and 32 healthy children were selected for phadiatop test and sputum culture.Results The positive rate of phadiatop test of the children with allergic asthma was higher than that of the healthy children(P<0.05).In the sputum culture test,the positive rates of mycobacterium tuberculosis,actinomycetes,nocardia,legionella pneumophila,haemophilus influenzae and candida of the children with allergic asthma were higher than those of the healthy children(P<0.05).Conclusion Phadiatop test combined with sputum bacteria culture has important clinical value in diagnosis,condition judgment and clinical treatment of asthma.更多还原
