基于GA-BP神经网络的手足口病预测模型
Prediction Model Based on GA-BP Neural Network of Hand-foot-mouth Disease
【摘要】 综合考虑影响手足口病发病的多种因素,运用遗传算法优化了BP神经网络的初始权重,建立了手足口病预测模型。实验表明,与现有的BP神经网络预测模型及自回归移动平均模型(ARIMA)相比,该预测模型有较高的预测精度和较准确的峰值预测。
【Abstract】 With comprehensive consideration of various factors affecting the onset of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD),aprediction model of HFMD is established by using genetic algorithm to optimize the initial weight of BP neural network.Experiments show that the forecasting model has higher prediction accuracy and more accurate peak prediction than the existing BP neural network forecasting model and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model(ARIMA).
