【摘要】 目的:采用四诊合参辅助诊疗仪及低频负压循经脏腑调理仪分别进行中医诊疗和调理,以获取数字化的诊断信息和更精准的调理。方法:随机选取北京中医药大学在校大学生20例作为受试者,由经过培训的有经验的实验者使用低频负压循经脏腑调理仪对受试者进行调理,分别在调理前后采集受试者的数字化四诊信息,并对比调理前后的四诊信息。结果:低频负压循经脏腑调理仪数字化的调理,使调理更安全、稳定、有效。四诊合参辅助诊疗仪将四诊信息数字化、量化,实现了主客观联合辨证,同时给中医临床疗效评价提供了数字化指标。结论:中医类医疗器械的临床应用价值:(1)促进中医临床工作的数字化、定量化、标准化;(2)提高临床辨证水平,提高临床疗效;(3)提供评价临床疗效的数字化指标;(4)数字化的调理,使调理更安全、精准、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To obtain the digital diagnosis information and more accurate recuperation by using auxiliary four diagnostic methods instrument and low-frequency negative pressure through the meridians and zang-fu viscera regulating instrument. Methods: Twenty undergraduates from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as subjects. Trained and experienced experimenters used low-frequency negative pressure through the meridians and zang-fu viscera regulating instrument to adjust the subjects. Digital four diagnostic information of the subjects were collected before and after recuperation, and the four diagnostic information was compared before and after recuperation. Results: Low-frequency negative pressure through the meridians and zang-fu viscera regulating instrument could make the recuperation more safe, stable and effective. The system digitized and quantified the information of auxiliary four diagnostic methods instrument, realized the combination of subjective and objective syndrome differentiation, and provided a digital index for the evaluation of TCM clinical efficacy. Conclusion: The clinical application value of traditional Chinese medical devices are as follows:(1)promoting the digitization, quantification and standardization of the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine;(2)improving the level of clinical syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy;(3)providing digital indicators to evaluate clinical efficacy.(4)Digital conditioning making conditioning more safe, accurate and effective.更多还原
